Penny and her team have been amazing since they started cleaning our cottage 18 months ago. So responsive and helpful, and fully understanding of our needs... navigating cats, kids etc. Would very much recommend them.

Well where shall I start ? After being on a waiting list for some weeks as this business had been recommended to me, how disappointed I was with the standard of cleaning when I eventually was assigned a cleaner.My brief at the outset was that I like everything clean and shiny! To put it mildly, if you would like to see a trail of footprints and smears on your shiny porcelain floor, items polished that were cleaner beforehand, interior glass left with smudges and then have the nerve to complain about the standard of cleaning, then woe betide you and you will be advised that it takes a cleaner to get used to your property. However, a cleaner should be able to clean from day one, not three weeks down the line. You will then be threatened with the Small Claims Court for not paying your invoice, even though I paid what I thought was 'reasonable' for the service provided, but that payment was returned. We eventually came to an agreement to settle which was less than the business wanted but that was all I was prepared to pay.
