Worst and slowest post office ever , avoid going here to get services unless you desperately need to. The new owners are somewhat clueless and take moon years to service someone. Always long queues outside

Pathetic . Guys in there at 5.25 . Sat at his desk with the door locked. Clearly states online and on the door they shut at 5.30. I run an online business and had to send an important parcel. I appreciate the post has gone but need it to be marked as despatched today . Travelled all the way here to see it shut before it was supposed to. What a waste of a journey and what poor professionalism

What Can I say, the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, you always get a welcome smile when served, they know their subject when it comes to postage and delivery information.It can get busy in there being the closest Post office to Staffordshire University. But despite this they will always smile and apologise if they have big queue's.One of the Best Post offices in Stoke-on-Trent and they have the awards to prove it!

Extremely kind, helpful & honest people running this place! Always ready to explain, help & make sure you know what you ve got to do if you struggling with some services to understand. They are paying attention to your experience genuine people, who would pass you a pen if you need one even if you already went away from the serving window. My favourite post office, if they are not open, i won't go anywhere else, I'm waiting for them to open. God bless them!

Got there before about 4.45pm yesterday and they were already closed and this isn't the first time it's happened. I then had to dash to the nearest alternative in Fenton where, thankfully, they do things properly. What's the point in publishing opening times if you're not going to honour them!? St. Judes needs to get its act together.

Bad costumer service and their solution is use another post office if you are not happy. When i mentioned that i will complain the answer at the owner was that i can complain how much i want because is her post office and her way. They dont provide forms for dvla she keep sending the clients in Hanley, she dont give receipt for postal orders. Very unprofessional, rude. I ask where to complain and she said she dont know.
