Great service, friendly staff and top knowledge when it comes to Alfas.

I've just collected my Alfa Giulia TI from AHM - another fine job done by Adie, Jordan and Lee. I've been using AHM for around 15 years and this is the third Alfa Romeo they've looked after for me. Adie, Jordan and Lee are always a pleasure to deal with - they are honest, professional, competitive on price and I'm completely happy to trust them with my pride and joy! In fact, I consider them as friends and would never take take my car anywhere else, certainly not to a main dealer - Adie, Jordan and Lee are Alfa enthusiasts and it shows in the pride they take in their work. Highly recommended.

Used once. Absolutely horror. Spent thousands with them and they ended up messing my car left me stranded on the motorway. When rang them they told me recover the car in as they won’t come out although they messed it up. Also while on test runs in my car they reached high speeds. Not trustworthy. I have the tracker details and invoice dates (receipts) and video recording of the chats/calls. First time and the last time I use them. Never again. I was actually happy that I found an Alfa specialist but absolutely shambles they are.

Aidie is always helpful and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Went the extra mile (or two!) to accommodate my showing up on the wrong day. Clear communication and perfect job. And I was impressed by how clean and organised the workshop is - a very good sign. Great experience!

Not impressed with customer service.Adrian Recommended to my wife that , cam belt needed to be changed at 28,000 miles on a four year old car, (ahead of manufacturer recommended interval) and then said brakes needed doing on top of the service. So a £500 service was spun into an £1800 service. Pretty shoddy justification for doing the belts ahead of the brakes & poor communication subsequently. They were disparaging of man dealers, which was a red flag in retrospect. The customer service experience doesn’t match the hype around being a “specialist”. If you want to over service your pride & joy, these guys will help you empty your wallet faster than standing on your head.

Waste of time trying to contact them - have done so in the past, called, no answer so left message with details, never called back. Tired contact form on website, no reply, tried messaging by email and facebook, no reply via either. Better off trying another specialist that actually does reply.

Great service. Took my 500 to them as one handbrake cable snapped. New genuine pair fitted. Very happy

Had my Abarth 695 remapped and what a change it has made, feels every bit the 200+ HP promised. Staff were very genuine and very helpful.
