I contacted the office about parts for an old machine Hypertherm (powermax 900). I told them in my message that a new torch wasn't in the equation for me. I was very suprised to receive a reply email that evening with part numbers I needed and contact information if I had any questions.Also they never once tried to up sell me anything I didn't ask for. When this dies I will definitely be a return customer. Services like this should be what all businesses strive for.
