Lack of professionalism from the owner Maxine. To avoid!!

Unfortunately we have been left very disappointed by Maxines pristine cleans. Having used their services for 3 years as reliable customers and never having any problems with the level of cleaning, we received a text saying they will no longer be cleaning our home. No apology or reason given until I pressed for an explanation. Apparently our house is 'difficult' and she feels can't be cleaned to standard. This had never been mentioned before in 3 years and we had never expressed any issues. Surely it should be our decision as the customer whether the standard is okay?We've been left very let down and my little girl is really sad that she won't get to see Sue (the regular cleaner) again. Avoid.

Maxine's Pristine Clean is always my go-to when I need my flat cleaned before any important occasion where my place needs to be in tip-top shape. Always professional and willing to work around my busy schedule. Friendly staff who are very thorough with their cleaning. Definitely recommend!
