If there was more than 5 stars I would give it. Phil helped me buy my first house and then re mortgage, he made it so simple and stress free, he was only ever a phone call or email away if I had any questions and always happy to help. I recommended him to anyone I know who is needing mortgage advice and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else .in the future.

Phil at Mortgage Solutions has arranged several mortgages for me over the years. I am self employed and my finances are complicated and I know I can trust Phil to get me the best mortgage. With his years of experience, Phil is very knowledgeable and efficient too. If he can't help me, then no one can. He has just secured me a 5 year fixed rate at less than 2%. I wouldn't use anyone else and always recommend him to anyone I know who needs help in finding a mortgage.

Responsive, and found the right deal.My family have been using Phil for years my parents and sibling were all pleased.I had looked at other advisors but Phil was the best in terms of being person centered and finding the right deal for us. (Ultimately the cheapest) this was because he knew the market and found what we where looking forHe was also the quickest at communicating.The underwriter was very picky at the mortgage company but Phil stayed on the case and helped put everything in place.We are now in our new home.Will return when our mortgage deal ends in a few yearsThanks Phil
