I bought a used car from here. The service was excellent from the minute I enquired especially from Keith. I was sent a video of the car before visiting the showroom. I was allowed to test drive for as long and as far as I needed. I got a years warranty too which is rare for second hand cars. I don’t live nearby but wish I did as I would really recommend them.

Owen made the whole process very easy and relaxed while still making sure I was happy with the deal. There was a minor hitch post-delivery that Hilton immediately took steps to address and is being quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I can't fault them and would happily recommend Hilton to others.

Whilst searching for a car, it was decided that a Suzuki S-Cross (and later a Vitara) was the car of choice, especially having previously been let down on two car-deals. The quality of each car was superb, meeting all the criteria for a quality compact SUV. Eventually, for now, the final car purchased was a hatchback, but the Vitara and S-Cross will definitely be the top choices for future purchase, when circumstances are different.What was particularly pleasing was the quality of the staff at Hilton's, in particular Louise Wood Featherstone, who deserves to be singled out for praise. She was courteous, friendly, honest, helpful (going out of her way to make sure every need was met) and kind. It was like dealing not with sales people, but with a friend/colleague helping you pick a car and giving you their advice. This takes all the pressure off buying a vehicle and gives one confidence in what the staff are saying. There’s nothing worse than being pressured to buy, especially when there is a lot of cash at stake. So, well done Hilton for employing such a conscientious member of staff. You should definitely reward her and ensure you hang on to her, because she is a credit to your company. (Note also left a similar review for Drayton Suzuki of Boston).

I financed a car through Hilton Suzuki in August 2023 and I really can’t fault for the service I received. They went out of their way to help me with various things and never once pressured me into making decisions. Keith and Louise were both particularly fantastic.

Kieth is one of the nicest car sales I have seen over the years. Not pushy, no hard sales, tries his best! The branch itself is not the most modern but you could see people do actually care. I’m quite happy with my overall experience in the branch.
