Been using this co for years and thought we were a loyal customer. That’s right...thought? Lol. But when ordering a bulk bag recently he was very rude and basically refused to deliver to us as he was ‘to busy’ to deliver one bag ( we are painting our log stores and had one side complete)hence the one. ‘Look after your loyal customers’ might be a motto for you to learn Flockton Hall logs! And our last lot were damp and mouldy but thought we would try again. Have Ordered from a lovely co and such cheerful polite brothers, if anyone interested...LADY WOOD LOGS and great prices and very prompt delivery.

Enquired last week, prompt delivery this week. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would recommend and would use again.

We have been buying our logs from this local business for years. Top quality service, top quality product well priced. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Used previously and had decent service, I don’t know what’s changed recently but this time around it was anything but good. I have previously texted over the years (as per the website call/text) and last year the driver set off a few minutes after my enquiry was sent, I asked whether it was possible to deliver in the afternoon and received a snarky response. All it would have taken was a simple message saying we are working to a 2 day lead time and I would have booked in when it was possible.I’ll go elsewhere now and suggest everyone else does the same if you expect anything more than to be chastised for trying to buy logs. No doubt the gentleman thinks he’s in the right here, but my message was speculative rather than demanding. god help them if they think this is any way to speak to customers.

Phoned a few times and one of the guys that answers is a complete *** on the phone, off hand is an understatement, he hasnt a clue in phone manners, if hes the boss i can understand why theyve run out of logs at the most critical time of the year and how the others work for him is beyond me.

Had a delivery today 6th March 2023..our 3rd year running. And as usual dropped logs as near to logstore as he could possibly get. Will definitely reorder for next winter.

Just had another delivery of kiln dried logs delivered. As before they were spot on. Not too big to get in my wood burner and more importantly very dry as you would expect. I ordered one day and delivered the next by Jason who was really friendly. Highly recommended and will be buying again.

Logs usually arrive soon after ordering. Cut to a perfect size for fitting the wood burner or pizza oven. Well seasoned and burn very well. Their Kiln Dried logs are definitely worth a go if you’ve not tried them before. Well recommended.

I have used Flockton Hall Logs for the past 4 years now. Very friendly and extremely efficient service. Just today, I contacted Jason regarding a trailer load of logs and within 10 minutes of the phone call, the logs were on my driveway (I do only live 1/2 mile away, but still extremely efficient).There are a few companies within a 3 mile radius of where I live however, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else (apart from Beckside Farm Shop who supply on behalf of Flockton Hall for when I only need 2 or 3 sacks)
