If asked how was your shopping experience I would have to say it was not pleasant to the point of disaster.I am unsure if this group suffer from corporate incompetence or whether they simply reserve that for this store!They make promises about deliveries that fail to happen. They follow this by knowingly delivering to the wrong address. When challenged they get upset!We are describing goods to the value of nearly £600 that took them nearly a fortnight to deliver.They actually thought we should be sorry for them!There are many other companies who can match and better their prices - we will look elsewhere in future.Unless this organisation gets a grip it will soon go the way of so many others - into liquidation.

I always get my dog food from here. Staff always helpful and place is always clean and tidy. Sometimes get a good bargain too.

Easy to park bit of road works going on at the moment but OK. Has a good stock staff are helpful x

Terrible service. Wouldn’t even give it one star Ordered and paid for a load of feed that I was told would be delivered today . Waited all day then phones at 4 to be told that the lorry had broken down the day before and I wouldn’t get my delivery till Monday. Terrible customer service - they had my number but didn’t bother to let me know that I would not be having my delivery. As I have already paid in advance Can’t get it anyway else. Would have taken two minutes to let me know.
