All the staff were amazingly helpful especially the manager, I was looking for a birthstone pendant when the manger showed me their Downey designs and I found the perfect pendant, absolutely love it. Would recommend this store.

Visited about 5 weeks ago.Although the store specialises in higher quality watches and some quite expensive items,there was a friendly, welcoming reception, which suggested that it wasn't primarily your money and general demeanour that dictated the staff's attitude,but a genuine desire to assist, which certainly proved to be the case and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit. I intend to revisit shortly and make a purchase.

Very poor service, purchased a watch last week, to then find out there Is a fault with the battery. Went back to the the store and said they will get another one from a different branch which will be in their store on Tuesday and I would receive a call.I still haven't received a call and the communication is dreadful.I do loads of Business with the company as a whole and purchased many of items and must say the branch is very poor.I would like someone to contact with the up most urgency

We had a fantastic experience at Ernest Jones looking at engagement rings. The sales person was great and very patient. She took the time to answer our questions and educate us about diamonds, even though we weren’t looking to buy at this stage. She even helped us design an engagement ring through their design team. My partner will be coming back here when ready to buy.

Went in to purchase a new Seiko watch and the staff were fantastic, very attentive and their product knowledge was exceptional. Purchased a watch a warranty, very happy and will certainly go back for future purchases
