23rd December 2020 - 2 hours 20 minutes to deliver our food, when we called after 90 minutes you stated it was out for delivery, this was a lie after another 40 minutes it finally arrived and when we challenged the delivery driver he stated he left the take away 10 minutes ago not the 40 minutes you stated. The food was lukewarm and had to be reheated. I asked for no onions in my dish, it was full of onions. So all in all a very bad experience and cannot recommend anyone to go here in the future. It's not that it took so long to arrive its the fact you lied every time we called, if you just stated in the first phone call, sorry we are really busy and we don't expect your food to be delivered for a couple of hours then so be it, but you lied, then you lied again.

Used this place has a late night curry has my friend said it’s okay I had lamb madras and mild chicken curry with boiled rice and naan bread by the time I got home which was a 5 mile Trek across the other side of town the food was still piping or plus the owner gave us free Pompa Dom‘s and onion chutney which was a nice. Food tasted very nice. Location is easy to find has soon has you enter hersall lane its the 1st left just after the bathroom company and 200 yds on your right by the 1 junction food is good the takeaway building could do with a revamp otherwise I recommend this late night balti shop.

Bit annoying. Always order via just eat. After last visit I was told to call as it would be cheaper. I call this time and save myself a massive 5p. Of course just eat charge a 50p surcharge so in fact it cost 45p more. Annoying. Food is the still the best.

Chicken madras tasted like old chicken in tomato sauce with chillies. Hot but no flavour whatsoever. Chips were soggy and old. Nann bread was tasteless and soggy. Chicken curry had zero flavour. The whole thing was disgusting. Don’t waste your money.Have come back to edit review as I just called them to explain how disappointed I was and I was and the food was tasteless then, I was told that I’m a liar and the phone was slammed down on me! Great customer service.

Ordered chicken tandoori in naan for collection. The place looks pretty dingy and very grim.The portion was pretty big but the food wasn't particularly hot (both temperature and chili-wise) and also not very tasty.And I had an upset stomach for the next few days.I'll definitely not be ordering from them again.

This is the best Indian take away I've had the favours was on point I had the tikka masala normally this dish is over power with sweetness but I could tasted the authenticity 10 of 10 from me and the food arrived piping hot

My delivery was about an hour late. It was not a matter of business, they simply forgot my order. I phoned up and communication was terrible. Once my food finally arrived, it was cold and very, very greasy.Worst curry takeaway experience in my life.
