Buckle was broken on my boot. Fixed it quickly and looks great. Been here before for keys cutting and also for car key batteries. Great store

Great price - postage paid both ways in final quote. Very competitive and boots returned in as new condition. Highly recommended. I googled numerous companies and cost was lower than some quotes which worried me at first but the whole process of printing the postage label online was seamless and turnaround was very quick. I scratched heels on my shoes and went to see if this is reparable at all, the lady told me that yes they will be able to make it look better! Well it definitely doesn’t look better! Why on earth would you say you can do it , charge me 16.50 and then would actually have decency to give this back! I could actually added another 20 and got new shoes, the whole reason I went there is to see if this was reparable, but obviously was misled.Thank you very much and definitely won’t be back.

I used this company in August/September of this year. I had a pair of Scarpa hiking boots that needed a new Vibram sole attaching due to excessive wear. I was due to complete a long distance hike in September so I contacted the company almost a month prior to my walk to ensure that I had plenty of time for the shoes to be repaired. Given the name 'speedy shoe service' I would've hoped that they would've been fixed within 1 week or so. Unfortunately this was not the case.In the end, I had to use an old pair of boots for the walk which created its own issues, but my boots were re-soled and sent to me in just over 3 weeks. I had been advised that the sole was difficult to get hold of and this caused a delay.I have provided 3 stars because the boots were re-soled to a high standard and when I contacted the company they did explain that they were struggling to get the sole. I suspect the service may have been quicker/easier if I lived close to the store, but as I used the online service this likely made the delay longer.So be aware if using this company. They will repair your shoes to a good standard, and if you are local they are likely worth a visit. If, however, you need a speedy repair of your boots and don't live local to the store then maybe go somewhere else as a quick repair is not in any way guaranteed.

Very disappointed, not doing what they actually promised to do. And when I asked them why you didn't fix that as you promised, answer was -we can't do that. You should let people know at the beginning if you can't fix it before you charge them.

Excellent service replaced my Seko watch battery for a very reasonable price, and, while I waited.Thank you also for your good advice regarding my granddaughters Fiat 500 spare key. I have passed on your comments to her.A very professional business, will certainly recommend to friends and family.

What an amazing service, I sent my winter Red Wing boots to Speedy Shoe Repair in Rotherham last week to have a new sole fitted, one week later they’ve been sent back, the soles look amazing and they’ve also covered and filled some deep nicks in the leather. Boots have been cleaned and polished and look immaculate. The entire service was spot on and I’ll be returning next year to have them repaired again.

Took my hiking boots in for a repair as letting water in , stitching had rotted/loosened and the sole to upper seal was compromised. Boots now back stitched back up and sole resealed. Great job in just a few days and really inexpensive. Can't recommended Darren and his team highly enough. Saved me £££'s.

Ordered the key at 14:55 (security key, sent pic of original to company) and received it first post the following morning. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend and at £12.50 inc. postage it was exactly half the price of our local key cutting companies, many of whom could not even cut one anyway. Well done to Speedy Keys, thanks for the great service!!
