I popped in for the first time this week and was actually blown away by the high standard of customer service delivered by Thomas.I have worked in retail management and specialised in customer service training, and I was so impressed with how naturally Thomas shared his knowledge of the relevant products and was able to offer excellent advise from personal experience of most of them as well.The shop itself is also amazing but I really came to highlight the excellent staff and wonderful customer service provided by Thomas in store!

Such an incredibly friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable staff. No question is stupid. Got sorted with some cbd that really helped my chronic pain.Highly recomment the mocha-mel cbd infused mocha. Awesome selection if high quality incense and more holisticy things too

The friendliest customer service I’ve ever received! Fast shipping. And had sweets and a thank you note thrown in. Very impressed with the product too, which was bong cleaner. My glassware hasn’t looked so good since it was new lol. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic Shop and staff, the CBD products are the best on the market, everything I have used has helped my Anxiety. now I am regular customer and what makes it even better I can get my Incensense sticks there also.
