Having used QMotion products as a subcontractor for a number of years, I recently opened our own account for our in-house projects. The customers service team (Sham in particular) were excellent in getting my account open and giving me the guided tour of the ordering process within a matter of hours. Very informative and helpful from start to finish. Can't rate highly enough!

I have been dealing with Q Motion for a few years now and I have to say they are amazing to deal with. The customer service along with the quality of the product makes Q motion fantastic to work with. keep up the good work guys and thanks for your recent help with the curtain tracks.

There are better companies who can offer better aftercare and support. We bought these less than 2 years ago and they stopped working recently. Turns out a firewall issue with Q motion is to blame however they have said to us that we need to fix this. Ridiculous since we paid a lot for them. Non existent customer service and there are better and cheaper brands out there which do electric blinds like Louvolite.

Great products to use. We are a massive fan of these blinds. Having fitted many we feel well qualified to give them a 5 star review. Customers always love these blinds; they are easy to use, quiet, stylish and super reliable. Can be battery or powered with PoE via a wired Cat6 cable. Work perfectly integrated into a Control4 smart home. Can't fault the QMotion team, they are always happy to help whatever the project.

We fit Qmotion shading as part of our automation product lineup. Great company to deal with. Anyone looking to retrofit then the battery options are fantastic. We have some in our showroom still going strong after more then 4 years of use opening and closing every day. Integrate well with Control-4 providing 2-way communication so the control system always knows the actual position of the shade. Highly recommended.
