For me personally this is hands down the best Chinese takeaway, reminds me of my childhood.Get plenty of food packed into the containers. Great char on the noodles.Perfect chips.I haven't yet had a bad meal.The staff I have spoken to all seem politely busy.

Ordered for delivery and was told they were busy and it would take around an hour to arrive - fine i thought, it's saturday so that's normal.After an hour and 15 mins i called them to see where the order was in respect of delivery and was told the order was ready and they were waiting for the car to come pick up and it would be with us shortly.Took nearly 2hrs from ordering to delivery......... NOT really acceptable is it !!

Cannot see why they get so many unhappy customers ..I have had food from here for a few years ..never had a problem with the food or the staff there and if I've had a delivery the food has always been on the time they say wen you order .. people have to realise everywhere is busy at certain times of the evening .. avoid those busier times that's all people have to do. Can only write it as I see it with my own experience and I cannot say I have had any bad experience with the shop or its staff ..Best Curry sauce and chips in town for me ..

Down here working.First night meal delivered promptly and was very nice.Second night food was barely warm and the content incorrect.Called them to advise of the issue. The reply was that they don't care and refused to resolve their mistake. Their loss.Oh, they only accept cash and provide no receipt. Wonder why???I have now found another takeaway.

Tonight I ordered a takeaway at 18:10 and was told upto 2hrs for delivery I said that was fine. At 20:40 2hrs 30mins later I called for an update was told should be with me in a few minutes. 20 mins later still no delivery I called again advised on its way I said you told me this 20 mins ago and said I wanted to cancel my order the person then hung up on me. I called back and she said I was stopping her from doing orders I said I am a customer who has waited nearly 3hrs for an order was I told would be with in 2hrs. I told her again that I do not now want the order. Low and behold my takeaway turned up at 21:10 almost 3hrs from when I ordered it. I have used them for years but will not be using them again

Not been here before, the place is a bit shabby but young couple that seem to run it are nice. Ordered 2 banana fritters and can't remember eating much better. Good portion, low price and excellent service and food quality. Will definitely try it again.

until today i would have recommended but sadly the driver was rude and swearing at me because i asked him to remove his car of driveway as only laid today and the food wasn't up to normal standard either for the extra they now charge

Good food at a fair price. Good sized portions. The food doesn't make your taste buds sing for joy but it is cooked well and is consistent. Don't be put off by the decor, what comes out of the kitchen exceeds expectations.
