Love the clothes, great value, and good quality. Definitely very trendy and modest. I have been asked several times where i get my outfits from, wish there was online store as we travel a distance to shop at the store. Perfect and stylish, will return again and again.Thank you so much

I went here as my daughter needed some hijabs and undercaps. From the moment we walked in the shop the lady was rude, without us asking she was giving us prices for abayas, we would just look at something and she would tell us the price.We stopped looking as it was making us uncomfortable and went to the hijaabs section, again very rude, wouldnt let us look for the colours we required, told us we cant open any of the packets to match the outfits. Eventually just got few of the bold colours that dont need matching, whilst we were deciding on the colours she started rushing us, i explained weve not decided ehat colours we want to that she looked at her phone and told us she needs to close in 5 mins, when we were at the till someone else walked in and they were there for longer than the 5 mins she gave us.If i had the time i would've gone somewhere else, I wouldn't have bought or given my money to her. Shes rude, ignorant and not professional at all. If she owns the business then she needs basic customer service skills and if shes an employee then she definitely requires some very basic training on how to firstly speak to customers and then how to deal. I spoke to few people and they've had the same if not worse experience. If there was a choice of 0 * thats what i would've given her.Regarding the goods, theres a variety of hijabs, under caps, abayas and jewellery, lots of selection too but in all honesty i cant say what it was like as i didnt get too look.. If it wasn't for the lady and if this review was based on just the goods i would've given it 5* but due to her attitude and ignorance its 1* and that's me being generous.

Customer service - non existent, the owner is extremely negative, rude, very blunt and arrogant. Would highly recommend she invests in customer service training!Shop Opening Times - opens up as and when she pleasesIf you ring her mobile on the signage to confirm what time she will open, she will give you a time and still doesn’t open up on time.Stopped shopping hereI would highly recommend visiting Bolton Market Altaf & Sajid’s stalls - 2 different stalls both are much more friendly, welcoming and sell the same items with a smile!

I bought my hijab from here, plenty of choices. Ì also bought my sons nikah henna cones which was pre ordered.

Unfortunately the shop timings are inaccurate. It says 2pm opening yet I was stood outside waiting for the shop to open. This timing of 2-6pm is not good for mothers who have to collect their children from school. Surely you would utilise the timings better and open at times when weekdays, mothers can actually attend?! And at the very least, open up on time, it isn’t difficult. Also the lady’s mannerisms are quite rude. She is blunt and I’m not aware if she realises she is rude but it’s very off putting and the only reason I come to this shop is because it has variety of hijabs, not for the customer service which is lacking.
