Got fish and chips ×2 chips looked like warmed up from dinner time really disgusting. Fish really greasy and soggy.best part of meal was the mushy peas what a waste of £18

I'd not visited this place in years and called in with a friend just for a bag of chips. The staff were all so lovely, especially the young lady who served me, and all were dressed as Teletubbies for Halloween (or at least that's what they told me!). The food was delicious and as good as I remember.

I ordered through Just Eat. The site forces you to add a condiment such as salt or scraps before allowing a selection to be added to the order. We ended up with what seemed like more scraps than chips, and at nearly £10 for fish and chips, this is a cheeky and unwelcome portion reduction technique

We ordered fish and chips through Just Eat. For our order to be taken we HAD to include salt & vinegar or scraps.! I prefer to add my own condiments. There was too much salt on mine and my partners chips were forgotten! We tried phoning numerous times but no one answered the phone. Very poor Drakes.

Very good fish and chips.Food is very tasty and well cooked.Staff were very efficient and dealt well with a long queue.Recommend

An overall nice fish and chip shop with friendly staff and quick service. Food poritions are not as big as expected but I would still recommend buying from here. The prices are decent with quite a large menu and the location is nice for locals.Take out only.

Really nice food from here love the chips as they are a nice golden brown taste lovely, tried the fish fantastic moist succulent & at a decent price all. All the staff are great fantastic service what more can you want

Been going for a couple of years. Fish and chips Ok.BUT.on Friday 8th at 3.ish.bought fish and chips. and were dreadful. Chips warmed up.from day before.Not changed the cooking oil. If this happens again. I will not be using Drakes anymore.Mr G.TAYLOR.
