Have been attending this class for a while, Mel has a very calm and gentle approach, her classes are well structured and allow you to get into a relaxing and engaging head space. She has a passion for yoga and it come across in how she teaches. Would absolutely recommend attending these classes.

Mel is such an amazing yoga teacher and I love the community feel she brings to her Bearwood classes. She’s really inspiring with her passion for yoga and always adapts classes for all levels so everyone can get involved but feel challenged. Love love love her yin workshops as well-I float out of there!

Mel is a wonderful yoga teacher and brings such warmth and positivity to her classes. You may arrive to a class feeling tired or out of sorts, etc, but you'll always leave feeling happy and revived and challenged to just the right extent. I highly recommend her lovely restorative yin yoga workshops too for a different experience of yoga.

I am so glad I found Mel as she has really helped me with her patience & kindness. My mental health & wellbeing have improved so much from doing her Yoga classes. Her website is so clear & easy to follow to book onto a class. We also have social events which Mel organised for us- everyone should have a Mel!

Really enjoyed online yoga lessons with Mel at the start of the pandemic. Mel makes every effort to make you feel relaxed and part of the group. As a virtual beginner I felt very at ease and would love to live closer and be able to join the in person classes. If you're thinking about trying yoga or if you are a regular and looking for a safe group to grow I would totally recommend Mel and her classes. Her passion for yoga and good health shines out.

Going to Mel’s classes is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Mel is always a very patient, calm, and encouraging teacher and has that rare ability to pitch classes at such a level that they are inclusive for beginners but still challenging for those who have been practicing a little longer. The progress I have made under Mel’s tutelage has been phenomenal.Mel’s classes are always fantastic and I leave then feeling so much better than when I walked in. People who have known me for a long time comment on how much happier and calmer I am since I started Mel’s classes. Thanks Mel!

I love Mel’s yoga classes. She is a great teacher, encouraging without any pressure. I always enjoy the physical practice and Mel often finds just the right quote or poem to end with during savasana. I always leave feeling lighter and calmer. What more could anyone ask?
