We bought a house in Whitstable seven years ago and had Christopher Hodgsons Estate Agents to manage it while it was let out. We then asked them to sell it. I cannot find fault with them. They always executed every task with courtesy and efficiency and dealt with all matters very professionally. They always responded to my communications by the end of the day and left me with the feeling that they had a “steady hand on the tiller”. The advice that I received from the Manager Will Roalfe proved invaluable. I could not speak highly enough of the business.

Excellent service from all the staff from start to finish. Megan who was our main point of contact and had no hesitation in organising 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits and was so helpful in answering the questions we had either directly or through the developers. Jacqui was also great at ensuring the sale progressed smoothly and was always on the other end of the phone with accurate updates. The team at CH made the whole process of buying and selling as pain free as possible. Can't recommend them highly enough.
