Perfectus Flor

After discovering faults with our partially laid new laminate flooring we contacted Wes from perfectus flor for a solution. He gave us a detailed report of his findings and as a result we had him take up the flooring and relay it and complete the full layout. We are so pleased in the knowledge that a truly professional job has now been done. Wes is a very pleasant person who leaves you confident that his experteze will leave you with a job well done.

We have just had an LVT floor fitted by Wes at Perfectus Flor in our new extension.What a refreshing service from Wes, professional, knowledgeable and good value in this very competitive market.We are very impressed with their sub floor knowledge. Wes repaired and prepared our existing floor between original floorboards to new concrete. Wes has just laid our Massimo LVT and has done a fantastic job. His communication and advice/ guidance from day 1 was extremely professional and he was very open with us which we appreciated. We had some issues with builders but he was very patience with us and was never pushy. He levelled the old floor, laid a latex and then the LVT and we are super impressed with the finished job which was done in 2 days. He ensured as much dust was removed as possible and was friendly and efficient when here a true genuine guy. Would 100% recommend to others :)

Wes and his team were OUTSTANDING! From the pre work scoping visit through to the project completion he was courteous, professional and understanding of our every need. When an unavoidable change in layout was required towards the end of the work he took it in his stride without question. The standard of work is superb and the finished product is exactly as we had hoped at a very reasonable price. Wes from perfectus flor has layed a resin floor for us in our new shower room. Wes was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. We weren't sure what type of floor would work best in our new bathroom and I'm so glad we decided to go with a resin floor. We decided to go for black with veins of white through, and Wes made the suggestion to add glow in the dark pigment to the white which has turned out incredible! Following a lengthy period of research on what type of floor to have in our new kitchen I was by good chance directed towards Wes at perfectus flooring. We'd been generally left frustrated up to this point with numerous companies totally wasting our time and really acting as if they didn't want our business. Wes was recommended as a person who had great product knowledge and took pride in his work. From the first conversations that I had with him I was totally convinced that he could provide what we wanted. We chose to go with a resin floor and I was very pleased with the advice and price that Wes offered us to do the job. During the installation with the floor, there was an issue with one of the products that had been contaminated; it meant that it needed further work to rectify. At no point did Wes try to seek more money despite him losing out due to the extra time he had to spend on it fixing something out of his control. He used his product knowledge and skill to provide us with an excellent finished floor that really makes an impact in our new room.
