Feeling let down from Scotia property services due to Director Neil has not replied to our email for more than four weeks ! Not only that hasn't completed the repairs we were promised we would have ! We have made this rented house into a livable home which took as over six months of hard work and our personal investment, his lies and false friendship has now been shown to us ! False promises! False words and non reply from emails or calls when a emergency, stay clear from Scotia property services

Really impressed by this plumbing business.We needed an emergency shower pump to facilitate selling our Edinburgh flat.David collected the keys from our estate agent, quoted very reasonably, and delivered the replacement at the quoted price and in a timely manner. These guys managed a flat for me in Leith for a few years. Communication was great, and everything was dealt with promptly. They made renting out a flat stress free. Highly recommend.

Great to deal with when everything runs smoothly but no help when things go wrong. We are out of the country and have been emailing them for months now trying to get tenants evicted from a property where rent has not been paid for 3 years - no response. NOT recommended!
