We recommend 30 Days to anyone looking to build an extension, particularly using Thermobrick technology.On comparing quotes, we found 30 Days to be very competitive and were intrigued by this new material used to build walls in a fraction of the time and with excellent thermal isolation. We were impressed with both things in the build. The walls did go up quickly, and the isolating properties of the foam walls are great: the walls were built in January and before the rendering was put in, the bricks didn't even feel cold inside the extension despite the cold weather outside. We're convinced this is the way all extensions should be built now!The team are all very reactive and easy to get hold of for questions and feedback, you're not left in the dark as a client which we really appreciated.

The service we received from 30-Day was exceptional. There was regular communication and weekly updates about the budget and any issues were handled professionally. When we were having issues with the architects, Peter advised us on how best to move forward and it really helped to have someone who knew the best way to resolve the issues. We would recommend 30-Day and will happily use them again.

We opted to go with 30 Day based a bit on the competitive price they gave but mainly on confidence the team gave us (in particular Taras) during the tendering process.They lived up to their word and more.There are two words that have come to define how we talk about working with the 30 Day team - Hard graft. From the first day they came on site to the last day they handed over the keys, their work ethic was immense. But not just that. The quality of the work as well as they professionalism were exceptional.Being newbies to the world of building extensions, they were very helpful in scenarios where we didn’t know what we wanted as well as being responsive when we changed our minds on other areas.Underpinning all of this was working with Sue (30 Day office co-ordination) who keep everything ticking along (bills, invoices, etc).All in all, I’d highly recommend the 30 Day team. 30 day were one of the best value quotes we received, and they delivered the project quickly and with a great quality finish. We really appreciated going through our project with the quantitative surveyor at the start to understand the different pricing options.This process set them apart from the other quotes we received which were often hard to understand. The team clearly cared about their work and were quick to come back and resolve things when there were questions or changes and they pushed to create a high quality finish. The workmen turned up on time and worked hard each day they were on site, so the build progressed every week. They even suggested ways we could save by doing various elements of the project ourselves which was appreciated. Thank you for a great renovation.

Highly recommend - true to their work, they were quick and quality. We are delighted with our kitchen extension, and the ground floor had new tile and parquet flooring (with underfloor heating) installed through to a refurbished bathroom as well. Only delay was our late ordering of windows, which they accommodated so well and flexibly. Very minimal snagging. The team were efficient and unobtrusive (important while working from home during lockdown and doing building works). Took the time to ask questions of us and make minor adjustments as needed.We will call on them again in the future!

House Extension Wandsworth led by Peter supported me in undertaking a 2 bedroom, 1 roof terrace loft extension. All I can say is exceptionally positive messages for him and his team, they delivered on time, were competitive on price and flexible when changes arose throughout. The team led by his project manager Taras were always punctual and had an eye for detail, which always meant that finish was to a top quality standard. I have done numerous developments previously, however going forwards I will not be using another company, as I honestly haven’t had another team who’ve come close. For this particular job I originally only had them scheduled to complete the 1st fix, however in the end I had them do the 2nd fix, whilst also helping to build built-in wardrobes and bookcases, all of which look as though they’ve been there for years. The house now looks amazing and i would not hesitate to recommend Peter, given I work with people who are always there to answer questions and don’t shy away from a challenge.Note: I did significant research against a number of companies, however Peter came in with not just a fair price, but was transparent around what was included.

I cannot recommend 30 day build highly enough. Firstly, they were by far the cheapest quote we received - to the extent that we were worried it was too good to be true. But the fact is, it wasn't! We had Taras as Project Manager, and from the moment we met him (before the build started) we knew we were in the safest possible hands. He and the team are so knowledgeable, with quite a few instances where they advised us on a better (and often cheaper) way to do things.Their work ethic is also ridiculous; from the very first day the whole team was on site by 7.30, and they didn't stop until 6pm or later every day, even refusing biscuit breaks! Ours was a big extension so Taras and the team were clear up front that it wouldn't be complete in the advertised 30 days, but the speed with which they completed the job was unbelievable; we had neighbours getting their garden re-landscaped at the same time, and it took them longer to complete that than our two storey wrap around extension! As others have commented here, I would just caveat that you need to be quite organised to make sure second fix" stuff (like radiators

30 Day Extensions deliver the goods. As their name suggests, they finished the structural build of our side return extension in under 30 days (they actually did it in 25 days!). The speed at which they work is incredible. I had Taras as the team leader for my project and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough if you are planning on doing an extension/house remodel in central London. Taras is the type of man that finds solutions to problems and will get the project done on time and within budget. We all know that when doing a project like this unforeseen circumstances will pop up, but Taras was always on hand to find a creative solution and keep the costs down as much as possible while doing so. This was my first time doing a project on this scale and I was on a tight budget. I had planned to come in about 10% over budget for unforeseen issues and we landed bang smack on that number. I was apprehensive at first about working with 30Day extensions because their quote was so much lower than the competition but they were true to their word and the quality of work was excellent. I have friends who have done similar projects who have paid a lot more and their houses didn't look as good as mine when finished.You will have to project manage a fair amount of the build, and there is quite a lot of things that you will have to order and make sure arrives in time yourself (flooring/windows/doors/kitchen/bathroom/paint/parts etc.) - as a first time PM on a build, some of this took me by surprise, but this may be common regardless of who you work with - but Taras and his team were helpful and accommodating when I found myself stuck on some of these elements.With the second finish of the project, there were a few minor things that weren’t done to the standard I had come to expect from this company but Peter (the owner) and Taras made sure all of those issues were addressed during the snagging (included in the original quote and price of the project) and we were left with the exact end result we wanted.In conclusion – I would not hesitate to recommend 30 Day Extensions if you are about to embark on your own extension project. Ok let's add total transparency - fabulous admin team led by Sue managing payment schedules and producing a weekly pie chart to show payments made against work completed.30 Day Extensions have specialist for each trade- We have had Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Tiler, Plasterers, Labourers. All incredibly skilled and astonishingly virtually every request to any of these no matter how tricky has been met by no problem". Make no mistake this is a very resourceful team who all work together as a team. We have been immune from the common problems of coordinating and timing getting all these trades in place at the right time.These guys are at the front door waiting patiently for 8AM before ringing the doorbell to get started and they are pretty much flat out until 5PM. Progress is clear at the end of every day
