Nelson’s food is really delicious and all our wedding guests loved it and praised us for our choice of caterer (including a guest who is a professional chef). Nelson helped us to create the menu for our wedding and invited us to his kitchen to taste it in advance. He was helpful throughout the process and pulled it off with aplomb on the day. He also helped us source other food we needed over the wedding weekend, as well as brilliant serving staff, which was a huge additional help. Would highly recommend.

Nelson came to cook for us for my parents’ anniversary dinner and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in ages! Each course was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented.Nelson was also a pleasure to work with, very responsive and helpful ahead of the dinner and accommodating of dietary requirements.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and can’t wait to hopefully eat his food again soon. Nelson and his team were absolutely perfect on our wedding day. Claudio came to help us set up the day before and was very professional. Both Nelson and Claudio checked in with us multiple times throughout the wedding itself. We felt wonderfully looked after. The food itself was showered with praise by our guests, and Nelson was completely unperturbed by the number of dietary requirements!

We hired Nelson to cater our small wedding in Aberfeldy. He was great to work with deciding upon the menu together beforehand. The food on the day was glorious! Nelson and his staff were both lovely. Couldn't have had a better experience. Don't hesitate to book!

Chef Nelson catered our weeklong group vacation in Scotland. To say his creativity and skill are outstanding still falls short of the delight we experienced with every incredible meal! The meals were beyond our greatest expectation and he was so willing to help meet all of our dietary concerns. I cannot recommend chef Nelson enough. If I could I would give him 10 stars!

5 star chef. Nelson catered our wedding, food was of the highest importance to us and I wanted our guests to walk away thinking the meal was amazing and Italba did not disappoint. Ingredients of the finest and freshest quality, cooked to utter perfection that tasted absoloutely heavenly, all our guests couldn't have complimented the food more, and hands down best meal ive eaten in my life. Nelson was a complete gentleman and a pleasure to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

What a treat! Nelson came to provide us with a private dining experience at our holiday house in Pitlochry. He cooked a delicious four course meal for nine of us, taking on board dietary requirements. The food was outstanding and alongside the lovely service it was a memorable evening for all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Italba Dining and can't wait to use them again.

We used Nelson for our reorganised wedding reception in Killin. From first emailing Nelson he helped create a buffet style menu for 25 that was perfect for our needs and wishes. The food was freshly prepared and each guests absolutely loved what was cooked included freshly caught langoutines and baked breads. Nelson arrived, finished off his cooking and while we we were eating, cleaned and washed dishes. Very professional and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend

Nelson provided a meal for our family to celebrate a birthday. Everything about it was perfect. He is so accommodating and his food is delicious. We will definitely book him again!
