Faultless. Price was comparable to 2 other local retailers but the service offered was way beyond. We had carpet and LVT laid in 3 rooms and hallway - Ken's team were able to work around us and all the turmoil of moving furniture from one room to the other. Great communication, expert knowledge, calm, organised and left no mess behind. Totally recommended.

A local store with over 40 years (2022) experience. Great stock of British made furniture. Cheaper than some of the chain stores. Give them a chance.

Very good quality items but are expensive. A good range but I would say more traditional than modern. My only negative feedback is that they are not customer focused. Rather sit behind their desk than get up and help customers.

Thank you for the excellent service fitting the landing carpet and bathroom vinyl at my mother's house today. You turned up spot on time, did an excellent job and cleared up all the old flooring and offcuts. Couldn't have asked for more.

Over priced furniture. The woman who works there is the rudest I've come across. Sits behind her desk and looks down at you. They don't greet you when you come into the store either. Could really improve on their customer service skills as well as their prices. Will never return and wouldn't want to give people like her my money. So rude.

Truly amazing experience from Ken and his team. We don’t have much knowledge when it comes to carpets. Ken seems to have an instinct after talking to you as to what you would like. He has many years of experience and expertise. He is also a man of his word. Something very rare these days. We have had new carpets throughout the house and we are so happy with them. They were laid by Rich who is one of the nicest and hardworking people you could meet. We were recommended this company by friends and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We also got ourselves a lovely new sofa at the same time.
