What an amazing boutique - would definitely recommend! Customer Service was amazing throughout. Conor deserves a special mention as he could not have been more attentive to our needs, however all staff were lovely. Thank you for all your help in ensuring my husband had a lovely 40th Birthday.

What a lovely buying experience we were given when we visited this boutique, opened only a week. We are here on holiday but the experience is as you’d expect from Breitling. Personable, friendly and enough fizz to tempt you with a purchase.

I dealt with Conor when I was picking up my new watch, couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience! Conor was able to help with all the questions I had and informed me on lots of information about my new watch that I had no idea about even after doing my research before picking it up.I couldn't recommend him enough and I will 100% be back in the future!

My first time shopping with Lunn's Breitling Boutique at the Queen's Arcade in Belfast. The experience I had from the outset was 2nd to none. My relationship Manager was Conor Patton, I can only commend his professionalism and that of his team. I would recommend their sales & services without a 2nd thought. I will be back... 5 stars all the way..

Thanks to Conor for great service and a great day. After a while lusting after a Seawolf today I finally got my first from new Breitling. You couldn't get a better representative than Conor, and the facilities and selection are exactly what you want when paying out for a product of this quality. Glad I got a wings version! If you are in the market for a top watch call in. No snobbery, no judgement just great service

The level of service that I received from Conor and his colleagues was exceptional. From the minute I stepped into the store to been recalled a few hours later for some parts to be fitted. Excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond.
