My favourite Chinese in the area, always order the same thing and it always comes very quickly and is very tasty.Recommended to others and they have also praised it.

I’m not happy I have been a regular for years! I have just had a Singapore vermicelli delivered and it didn’t taste right and couldn’t eat it. ! I have at least 2 a week so I called them about it and they dismissed it! Yes I ordered off just eat but I said I would take it back and would like a replacement, she was rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying. They could If easily replaced it but chose not to, I have now binned it and am very disappointed, shocking service knowing I have ordered from them for years

£40 order. Ordered via their own website. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. Rang up after waiting an hour and was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. Didn't turn up for another half hour and our free starter was missing. Appalling service. Lost a regular customer.

Food used to be good here, really gone down hill. Ordered tonight and it’s just full of grease. Customer of about 3 years. Sadly time to find a new Chinese!

Poor service took food back to shop pointed out that one dish not cooked properly the woman laughed thought funny my partners a chef and pointed it out the order wasn't cooked right the worst bit is laughing at half cooked food that took over an hour to come.Plus if you use just eat a refunds really hard to even request and takes days to process.Plus the take away pockets a delivery charge and surchargePlus the attitude and poor service beats it all.The only redeeming feature is the delivery driver was a really nice guy

Absolute farce! Placed our order via their website as I have previously this time though they only sent half of what I ordered and sent other things I'd not ordered. Called up and was told they would send my order out in 15 minutes ... great... 45 minutes later still no food so call again to be told the driver said he delivered the correct order and they wont do anything to fix it. I've just sent my other half down after they hung up on me with the food we didnt order to prove to them theyve sent the wrong food. Oh and beware over the phone they kept putting a really high beeping tone on whilst they disappear leaving you on hold . Hopefully we can either get a refund or the food we actually ordered, this has taken about 2 hours so far since ordering. We wont be using these again! Aswell as carrot house they also call themselves eagle Chinese based in northfield

Have used this Chinese quite a few times now and not been disappointed. Food is ready for collection very promptly and always delicious. Chicken chow mein especially good.
