It's bad enough that they decided to stop busses coming out to Short Ferry, Lincs. Then that Edward Leigh character came, agreed that people would be isolated, shook his head, waffled a bit and was never seen again. Now people are left with a shambles (call connect) of a service which is unreliable and has to be booked in advance. I had appointments booked for tomorrow morning (20th April) and had a bus arranged. I have just received a message that due to lack of drivers" they've rearranged my booking until after my scheduled appointment in Lincoln. I'm not sure what's happening with this County

I Reported what I consider was neglect at a care home to Adult Safeguarding at LCC. They rang the Care Home for info who basically said that it was me being unhappy with their decisions. LCC seemed to be happy with that and an hour after my 91 year old mother went to hospital , safeguarding atLCC dropped any further investigation on the pretext that mother was no longer a safeguarding issue as she had left the Care Home.(Documents that I have confirm this). I have now been telephoned a month later by LCC that the Care Home is now putting forward a safeguarding concern against me for some reason, (maybe the video evidence that I took at the time). Am I not allowed to voice my opinion, and it be investigated, (with evidence I have). Why didn't LCC Safeguarding carry out a more in depth investigation on my initial report. I was and I still am a bit shell shocked , beaten up, by the process that I am going through to get the truth out there. I have been trying everything, my MP who is waiting for a response from LCC, basically sitting on the fence, Lincolnshire Police who said neglect is nothing to do with them! So I emailed Police Commissioner, no reply! , media no reply, CQC looking into it.. maybe, I don't have any idea what time scale they will have to be able to look at it.

Waiting for someone to pick up the phone for 15 minutes. Battled to simply request call back (that never materialized). School transport for children with complex medical needs is a joke, but it's no laughing matter when my son is being so severely let down by a system that really should be quite straightforward? What a farce.

Absolutely appalling service from a dishonest local authority which does no take complaints seriously and will fob off taxpayers who have been treated unfairly and unjustly.

A resident, that made a genuine mistake, which resulted in three parking tickets being issued, due to effects of pandemic and not using my vehicle, I hadn't realised my error, agreed that it was fair to expect one of the fines to be paid, not three. Absolutely no compassion or understanding shown. People are fallible, punishing a genuine mistake with multiple fines, in my opinion, is immoral. I hope Father Christmas gives you a lump of coal for Christmas for your meanness.

Tried to renew concessionary bus pass online. details input, as on previous expired card, but said it was unable to trace the account.I rang , and spoke to the appropriate person- and in less than 5 minutes the renewal was completed. Human 10/10.Computer 0/10.

Issued a parking ticket on a near empty street, in the process of getting a visitor permit to attend my grandfathers funeral. On the run up to Christmas during a cost of living crisis. Won't listen to any appeals.For the 5 years I lived and worked here, paying taxes and taking part in the local community it's safe to say I'm never coming back here.People who work here are spineless.
