Approached Geoff hoping I could see some improvement toward opening up my voice as I had been a soft-spoken person all my life.I must say my expectations were more than met, Geoff definitely knows how to help and he's right on point every time. I'm feeling very happy and certainly more relieved now, knowing that I no longer have the burden of feeling inadequate.Would definitely recommend - 5 stars !

I asked Geoff to help me with self esteem since I thought that this was what was holding me back from acting on things that were important to me.In our sessions Geoff artfully combined his knowledge of Chinese medicine with NLP Parts Integration to resolve internal conflicts and Timeline Therapy™ to clear past emotions and limiting decisions that were holding me back.I found Geoff to be a competent and caring practitioner and it did not take long before I felt better about myself.
