Swift, efficient and friendly service. We were informed at all stages of what the likely problem was and how to resolve it. There was no BS and the problem was quickly sorted. Much more responsive, reasonable and friendly than the poor service we got from a different plumbing/drainage business. I cannot recommend this company more.

Despite having another company AND Yorkshire Water who came to clear a drain neither of whom were able to solve the problem, it was only Drain Doctor who could unblock the drain due to the perseverance of Lee who completed the job despite setbacks. He did say he would not leave until he had cleared it - and he did just that. I would recommend this company for their excellence and professionalism.

Excellent service. Used drain doctor to carry out a survey on our drainage system. They came out on a Sunday at no extra cost. During the survey they found some issues with one of the pipes, sorted it out and gave us the results of our survey! Would use again with no hesitation. Jack was informative and professional. It took a day or too get them out but very good job . Cleaned my bath n toliet after they had finished what was in it wasn't pretty ! 5 star all the way highly recommended .

Drain Doctor were excellent from the moment we contacted them and true to their promise Mathew the plumber arrived with in the hour!He was friendly, informative and very efficient.I wish they were offering plumbing insurance too. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic Richard his name was not sure which branch he’s with but he was bloody brilliant had a big job to do felt sorry for him but he did it would deffo recommend to anyone cleaned up as well nice and tidy these guys deffo deserve a bonus we was without a toilet for a week and he promised us we would have a toilet at the end of the day and we did Richard top guy thank you so much :)

They fixed a blocked kitchen drain after two other plumbers had failed. They carefully checked that everything was working and put everything back the way it was. Quite apart from that, they were really pleasant with it.

Used Drain Doctor for CCTV drain survey. Very helpful from the outset. Came out to check what was needed. Lee was the engineer and was very personable. Came back to carry out the survey and completed within the day. Would use again.
