CTD Tiles Crawley

I picked up some tiles at Crawley and cannot praise highly enough the marvellous service I received from Henry. His helpfulness in loading my car, concern that I didn't overload it and care over the tiles, my safety and that of my vehicle were second to none. He was Customer Service" personified"

New to the area driving past a trade park and was happy to see a few bath stores in the trade park but when driving in I saw a tile shop. What a bonus as I dont have to drive around looking for tiles aswell. Parked up went to bath store first. When going to the tile shop I hear shouting. A guy was shouting about parking spaces and that someone had parked in his spaces. (It was my car parked in the space ) I was going in the tile shop after the bath store but when I heard the man (white hair)from the tile shop shouting at someone about parking I decided to.wait till he had gone then move my vechale Let's just say I found him very rude outside so definitely wont be purchasing any tiles from that place if that's how you get spoken to about parking in a space avalible to all units. Onto another trade park where hopefully I can park in one place to visit many stores

Great advice from a really helpful assistant meant I saved a load of money, and got exactly the product I needed.

Always well stocked and the staff are very friendly, I have had a cash account here for years

Bought some bathroom tiles from CTD, only one of the staff members were cheerful and when i commented on it the response was we'll soon change that!"The tiles displayed which I liked were no longer a stock item so I ended up making a rushed decision and buying something else which I later returned. Whilst I awas being served the phone was ringing off the hook and there seemed to be a lot of stress over a printer that wouldn't work hence the rushed buy.When our bathrooms were complete I went to return the unused tiles because i was told i could only to be told it was over the 28days so theh could not give a refund.I would not recommend or use this company again. There are other local shops in Crawley with a much nicer selection and much better customer service!"

Good store with a nice variety of Tiles and products to choose from. One younger member of staff was very helpful, however an older employee was quite rude and kept interrupting which was very irritating.

Held the last 24 of a discontinued tile and I needed 18 tiles. Got them at clearance price. Excellent!
