This was a great buying experience. The car was in super condition for the test drive and Tim had arranged all the cars history and service documentation in paper format for review. I couldn’t pick up the car for a few weeks due to travel issues but Tim had no issues with that and even picked me up from the train station on the day of pick up. Recently purchased a BMW M4 Competition from Tim at Moorgate. The car was in very good order as described over the phone. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and has a clear passion for quality used cars.After the test drive we agreed the sale with a couple of very minor cosmetic items to be addressed being a small scuff to 1 wheel and a tiny mark on the front splitter (car now like new). The wheel was Diamond cut, mark repaired and 12 months MOT put on the car all within a couple of days.Tim then delivered the motor to my door which is 100+ miles as promised and I gave him a lift to my local train station.All in all a genuinely nice guy who sold and delivered exactly what was agreed.Thanks again Tim, and good luck with the house.

Purchased a car from Tim at Moorgate earlier this month. Tim was very professional and agreed to hold the car until i could visit the following day. I offered to leave a deposit to secure the car and Tim was gracious enough to refuse provided I turned up the next day at the agreed time. I was able to inspect the car fully and test drive. I purchased the car the same-day and Tim was able to process everything including trade-in of my existing vehicle quickly and efficiently. Customer service was excellent. I appreciate I have only had the vehicle a few weeks but so far so good and i have no issues or complaints. On this basis i would have no hesitation in recommending prospective buyers to Tim at Moorgate.

Recently bought my BMW X3 from Moorgate and the experience was great! The car was well presented and Tim (garage owner) was far from the typical pushy car salesman you dread interacting with. He was very courteous and even helped entertain my toddler whilst I discussed things through with my husband and sorted out paperwork. Brilliant car from a brilliant garage!
