Just had a combination of carpet, vinyl and parquet flooring fitted throughout our home. Firwood have been very helpful and flexible during a difficult period. The guys who attended the fitting worked hard and efficiently to get the job done. Really happy with the end result. A professional job. I would recommend them.

Great range of carpets.Went to 4 different suppliers, but Firwood prices were 100s of £s cheaper than all the others. Ordered 80/20 wool carpets for living room and hall, stairs and landing. Expertly fitted within a week. Cannot fault the service, knowledge and expertise of this shop and will be going back for other carpets in the future.

Absolute quality service from ordering the right carpet in the shop with Bill - who filled me with confidence, to Mick and Dave fitting the carpet perfectly. Mick and Dave were not only courteous, but really friendly and completely put me at ease as I was a little bit nervous when they arrived in case they accidentally damaged the wardrobes or wallpaper during the fitting. They were professional and reassuringly confident. I cannot recommend these 2 brilliant fitters enough! I will definitely be requesting them again to fit more flooring in my house. Carpet looks great in our loft. We always use firwood for all of our carpets in our home and the rest of our family does too. Bill remembers everyone and everything about your house its shape and size. They dont try to rip you off either. Most carpet companies will happily sell you the expensive carpet but firwood have always advised us if it's not a room your constantly using it's just not necessary. The fitters are also great, they are very careful around the rest of the house. I hate it when you've spent time glossing the skirting boards and then fitters scratch it all. This again has never been a problem for us with Firwood. Would highly recommend if your looking for a great family business, that dont rip you off and do a brilliant job.

Had a dining room and landing carpet fitted today and the service was excellent from ordering the carpet to fitting. Previously had the rest of the house done a few year ago and the carpet has lasted so well. Have recommended in the past and would definitely do so again. They even managed to repair a section of carpet my cat had attacked for no extra charge. Would not go anywhere else when it comes to carpets. Thanks to all at Firwood Carpets.

Absolutely delighted with the carpet, cost and service provided by Firwood carpets. Originally I had my eye on a different carpet, but as I had no experience of buying carpets (or anything like that in general) I asked the owner Bill what he thought was best for my apartment. Bill is very experienced, knowledgeable and clearly knew better than me! I took his advice and am so happy that I did. The prices were great and people always compliment on how nice the carpets are. Would strongly recommend.
