Had reason to complain about the garden that my husband is in ie overgrown and very messy Louis the ground man came along with me to view the situation and assured me that it would be cleared I went back yesterday and was delighted with the results so very happy that the staff take all your issues very seriously.

So caring, respectful and obliging, environment is peaceful, pleasant and a place to reflect. Staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble whether you are there to attend a funeral or visit a to pay respects to your loved ones. Cannot recommend them enough

Not to happy... our mum's memoral is in the book for her birthday. This year seven hills did not change the day. It was still in March when we arrived to look at it... mum's birthday is April 1st. So very upset.
