Chris Rust Construction LTD

When we met Chris, he was working to a 13 month lead time. All we can say is that we are so glad we waited over a year for him to be able to start, as it was definitely an indication of how popular him and his team are.Chris and his team couldn’t have been more professional throughout the four months they worked on our home.They did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish, executed to the highest standards, and we have a stunning extension that we spend 90% of our time during the day in as a result.We’re really grateful and would recommend Chris and his team to anyone. They were a pleasure to have around, tidy, detailed, efficient and honest. We couldn’t have asked for better.

One of the best builders you are likely to find!Focused, detailed, conscientious, upfront, good planner, polite & courteous & meticulously tidy.Our build experience with Chris was excellent from our initial conversations a year in advance, through build to completion. Work was of a very high standard and Chris directly employs a great team supplemented by skilled trades where needed. All were very mindful of the impact of their activities, more so as we remained living in the house during the work.We cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team and thoroughly recommend him.

I felt the need to post this as when I googled Chris Rust Construction I saw that they had a 1 star review as their only review.Full disclosure, I have not yet contracted Chris Rust Construction on a project of my own but from what I can see I will do shortly. I am a neighbour of someone who is currently using Chris.I can see the extension work happening from my window and I felt the need to say how impressed I am with them. They are on site on time every morning and have laid foundations and raised the timber structure within a matter of days. The team seem to work smoothly together and it is clear that Chris has planned well as materials get delivered the day that he needs them; there appears to be no sitting around waiting for materials and wasting time.So far I have been very impressed and would not hesitate to contact Chris directly for a quote when I carry out some work which is likely to be soon.

Very good at what they do

Chris Rust came to look at downstairs cloakroom extension on 4th July 2018 and promised a quote within a week. Today is 25th July and we're still waiting! He lives less than a 10 minute walk away and therefore can't blame the post.
