I was shopping for a quality flatcap on my recent trip to London. Laird Hatters definitely has a great selection of high quantity hats. The gentleman who assisted my brother and I at the Soho location was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me in purchasing a Loden Charcoal 57/7. It's a great addition to my wardrobe.

Secreted away at the bottom of an office building, this shop is a real find. Its petite and charming. If you are looking for a broad range of hats to add a smidgen of character to your look, then visit this place. Ahkmal, who is the knowledgeable chap behind the counter, and who can size up your head just by looking at you, isthe man to see.Ahkmal is top banana.

My husband and I stoppen by as he lost hos hat on his way to London. The very stylish, 70s looking guy helped us within an blink of an eye. We truly loved his spirit and appreciated his knowledge. We would buy here anytime again

Super nice shop with a nice variety of hats. We got very honest and customer-centric opinions by the shop assistant (with Bangladeshi origins) and had overall, from A to Z (!), an amazing experience! We bought three hats and are looking forward to wearing them!
