Talked but never checked my daughter over never ever give her any medication not ones

My overall experience of the receptionists, nurse practioners, and of course the doctors is outstanding.I speak with experience as have been a patient now since the practice moved there from Larhill many years ago. The reason for this review is that late on 25th July I rang the practice and spoke to a young man Assim. After explaining my predicament he suggested an urgent face to face appointment and asked me to call 8am the following day. I did and spoke to Julie who agreed with Assim and immediately made me an appointment for 4pm the same day at the Ewood practice as it was more convenient for me. Thanks Julie. The lady doctor was new to me and so so pleasant friendly and professional . Above all she had obviously looked at my medical notes and actually listened to me as I explained my concerns.. as do I must say my usual GP's Dr Rautray and his son Dr Ray.I feel very privileged to be a registered patient of this practice. Thanks to everyone this is a great GP Practice. That's both Primrose Bank and Ewood.

After getting two reminders from NHS for my son vaccination and after two calls, they gave time for my son to be five days after the call..I wish the receptionist can hear as far as she intrupts you on the phone..

Very rude receptionist, needs training for customer care , don't know how to speak on the phone ,call for my daughter's appointment she said if you need urgent appointment take her to A&E. Available appointment is after three weeks. Tried to call since 8am in the morning, phone radio is off until 9am .then they said it's late now try tomorrow morning.

I went in to collect a blood form for my sister, the receptionist was very well spoken,very professional and very well mannered. I think her name was mariam.I wish every receptionist could be as professional and well mannered as she was.

Honestly the worst surgery there is, im trying to book an appointment for an ongoing issue and the earliest date is in november, thats 18 days wait minimum. The receptionist doesnt pick up unless you continue to stay on the line whilst is rings for 4 minutes. Attrocious surgery. Recommend trying another surgery.

If there was zero stars id select that. These lot have no duty of care at all. The process is sorry we are busy ring back tomorrow. Ring the next day told the same thing. First you got to wait 45 min to speak to someone may aswell put a recorded message up. Even if your ring about your babies these lot not bothered ring back tommorow patheticThink its time to leave and find a new surgery

Absolute useless doctor. When you finally get in front of a doctor with a 3 year old with high fever and he doesn't even exam my child you know it's time to ditch this doctor and move on. My child suffered with tonsillitis for 5 days after this and all he said was let her fight it by herself. She lost loads of weight as a result. Anyone with children please think carefully when using this doctor.

I’m an asthmatic and this morning I spent 11 minutes waiting on the phone only to be promptly cut off once answered. I then had to drive to the surgery where the receptionist completely ignored me but asked a colleague to see to me. I was offered a telephone consult but no apology. It’s no wonder the hospitals are in the state they are

First time I called for a elderly family member. Very very rude receptionist. Thank god it’s not my surgery as the receptionist was like she was interviewing me for a job. Very unprofessional, by saying not valid for an emergency appointment when it is. Very shocking as in my experience in health care never seen such behaviour. Please train the reception with good communication skills and respect.
