Absolute disgraceful service....a total con man, BEWARE!! This man took a £100 deposit from my 78 year old Father who has dementia and has refused to give any of the money back, even though we gave plenty of notice to cancel He became very aggressive and abusive when my Brother and I contacted to explain the situation...we were simply asking for a refund, less any expenses. He had turned up at my parents home, taking the £100 without giving any terms or a written receipt. My Dad is very upset and we are contacting trading standards...absolutely discusting behaviour and we will certainly be taking matters further.

My daughter lives near here and it's always a treat when we visit at weekends - although they're open every day except Sunday. We have travelled from Newark to Smith's" chippy at Saxilby

DONOT use this firm. Amateur at best deplorable at worst. So much damage and so many breakages. They take your money and run.

Great service from an experienced team. They gave good advice and were able to deal with a difficult job that involved clearing multiple rooms and outbuildings of a large variety of objects (and junk) plus house moving (downsizing). They were flexible as circumstances changed and sought to reduce costs wherever possible in the clearing process. Would recommend for both easy and difficult moving/clearing jobs.

John and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of our recent family house move. The completion day can be a stressful long day, but the team has made us feel at ease. We felt in good hands from the putset. They were very gentle handling all items, friendly, patient and accommodated every special request we had. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing service. First of all, it was very expensive compared to other companies (twice as much). However, I had no choice as all other companies were already booked on the day I needed to move out. The people who showed up on the removal day were not very professional. They started fighting with each other and swearing in front of me. When they left, I noticed a big damage in my wardrobe. Lastly, they never returned for the boxes which stayed in my garage for months until they rotted. Very stressful experience, avoid if you can.
