I bought a second hand Herman Miller chair and was having issues using it. I thought something might be broken on it so I reached out to Adrian and Tessa. I'm so glad I did! They are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful that they actually ended up fixing my issue over the phone! I really can't recommend them enough.
