We have previously used them 18 months ago for both hard floors and carpets, and once again they have done an excellent job supplying and fitting our new carpet.They also solved a potential problem with the minimum of fuss and professionalism.I would definitely recommend.

Generally good service throughout but just a few bits of feedback:-Some of the attention to detail that was missed/could have been flagged prior to becoming an issue if this is your first project...- Floor board issues/creaks aren't dealt with at all by them for example so you need to may need to hire a carpenter at an additional cost prior to their arrival.-Get a clear quote in writing of what is /isn't included (goes for all tradesmen) small areas that you may assume are captured in the quote may get missed otherwise (under stairs, small cupboards etc)Thresholds between rooms with different materials do need attention to detail (I've ended up with a few cm of carpet in my ensuite as we didn't check this prior to the carpet being fitted). Important if you have 2 different tradesmen in as its a blame game between the 2 if it presents an issue.Be aware that rubbish isn't removed for free so be prepared to take it to the tip.Overall friendly and good job on the whole.
