All of the staff were very welcoming. The waiting rooms was split into cats and dogs area’s which I thought was an excellent idea. I thought the vet who helped me was very thorough and professional and put my mind at ease.

Very professional, trustworthy and friendly practice. Always reassured that the health of my pet dog Toby is in good hands.

Excellent service. We were really worried our cat Wilson was limping badly we thought he might have been ran over. After a thorough examination the vet said it was (to our relief) a sprain. He gave us pain killers for Wilson and his limp is a lot less obvious. Excellent service at one hour’s notice he was seen to. Thank you White cross. S Metcalfe.

We had cause to be at the vet this week with our dog (Maggi) the vet gave her a good exam and then proceeded to explain all options to us. We have seen this vet before she is a lovely person very caring with Maggi. I love the fact that she goes into detail to make sure we get the right treatment for our beloved dog. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Twice in the last 4 weeks I have not been able to get treatment for my dog as there was no vet available. Told to go to another vet but none would see her as we were not registered with them. Had to wait 4 days to get my dog seen to who was passing blood. They then gave antibiotics and asked was she insured. When I said yes they said to have other tests done for kidneys etc before even seeing if the antibiotics had worked. Felt like this was just to get more money. They made an appt to see her the next day with a new water sample. They called us that morning to say there was no vet available again so no appointments could be done. 3 times in 4 weeks that I know of there was no vet available. The service is bad and my poor dog was left in terrible pain.

3.5 years ago this vets (Amber) told me to put my beautiful dog to sleep. I took the decision to fight for her and told them I wanted to try treatment. I was judged, looked down on and told I was not being fair. Happy to report my lovely girl has had a wonderful healthy 3.5 years and is in perfect health. Thankfully I did not listen to the obscene advice of this vet. They only care about money. One time my other dog had gastro (confirmed by a second vet). This vet had me down the path of brain scans and crazy treatments! Avoid if you love your pet

Take my two pomeranians here cannot fault this vets staff are 100% dedicated to helping your pets and giving your peace of mind. Been coming here around 3 years now befor that my little girl hated the sight of vets and would shake with fear here she doesn't do all the shaking. Jess and Mariana ( unsure if the name is spelt right) are excellent vets. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vets for there fur baby's!

Rang first thing given appointment same day, our dog was seen and care plan put in place with follow up appointments booked in. All staff here are amazing and genuinely care. We have been using Whitecross in West Derby for many years & would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our dog had sustained a serious muscle wound and the vets immeadiately supported us and triaged her and planned a required operation all within 1 day of the injury. The fact that the Whitecross has several practices is a real boost as it allows for other sites to support when a practice is vey busy. Would highly recommend Whitecross for their very friendly and knowledgable staff and their willingness to support.
