Universal credit deals with issues unfairly. Once you're on this they are on your back and they will lie to support their own employees.

No toilets. Helpful friendly staff but if you need the toilet go before your appointment and hope you don’t get too stressed or nervous. Not helpful if you have a health condition which requires accessible toilets.

Very understanding people once people apply the application given to them by staff members whiles adding hear to the terms and conditions which bind them to the commitments they gave their word they would stick to. These people try their utmost best to deliver the services on offer giving a hundred and ten percent of their focus observation patience plus integrity to provide the very best in support guidance and honesty whiles doing this job a daily basis

When initially trying to get information I felt like they weren't able to be specific and directed me to helplines (despite not being directly linked with the Job Centre, I was passed from pillar to post ultimately not getting any assistance that I needed. Beyond the initial process, waiting times can be too long and, happening on several occasions, some of their 'clientele' made far too much of a scene making people in the waiting area uncomfortable - security could have been more forceful with these people. Despite that, some of the advisors I have seen have been friendly and do treat you with respect.
