Fantastic customer service. By far the best Pharmacy I've ever frequented (and I've frequented a fair few). Friendly staff provide perfect service. A real 5 star establishment.Little did I realise that this review would not only be noticed by the (already friendliest staff known to humankind) but would bring a lavishing of yet more kindness and A++++ customer service!!! I love this place and these supreme representatives so much now that I am full blown hypochondriac and proud!! I find a hidden illness and I'm the happiest 'needy sick soul' in Liverpool, skipping down to my friends at Riverside Pharmacy!!!

My local pharmacy, staff here are lovely and are always polite and cheerful. They help you quickly and effectively and know most of their customers by first name.

Good for medical advice and medicine

The staff are so nice and u couldn’t get better . Unfortunately today the was one woman who wasn’t as nice as the others ! I don’t if she’s new or what , I’ve never seen her before and I hope she not there to stay !!! She’s on major power trip . Not nice one bad apple doesn’t spoil the rest , all others are so lovely and really helpful!! Xxx

Went to with my prescription which was a controlled drug. The girl at the counter told me there was none in stock . She didn’t offer to enquire or even order it in. Found that rude
