I've been using NPS for 8+ years now and have never had any issues with the work Nigel and the team do to my vehicles. I also use NPS for non Landrover work as well.

Great knowledge of everything Landrover brilliant

NPS know their Defenders inside out. Suzie arranged to have some accident damage to my Defender sorted and despite a very difficult experience with my insurance company they sourced the parts quickly and all the work was completed by Nigel in a day. I would not take my Defender anywhere else for service and repair. Would certainly recommend NPS. Call Suzie to book!!

Great staff, friendly service

Took my D4 to NPS specifically because it is a LR specialist. Booked in for a service, but later found out (once the work was complete) that they are unable to update the LR online service record.Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere.An error that followed from the service, had to be fixed elsewhere as it was impossible to get hold of anyone.Have emailed and called NPS, no reply as yet.Really disappointing.

NPS took my TD5 110, that had been sat in a field for 14 years and helped me get it back on the road, better than ever, before a very hard deadline. Odd parts that were difficult to obtain, Nigel and Suzie knew where to find it, it was no problem. Little, sympathetic, upgrades, hints, tips, and recommendations thatbonly come from a lifetime of experience proved invaluable. They truly understood what I was asking and helped me get what I wanted by doing the work in-house or recommending other specialist in areas that were required.Nigel and his team kept me updated when there was anything to report. The first drive and true test of their workmanship was tested on my maiden, 1,200 mile, trip around Wales. The 110 didn't miss a beat.Won't have anyone else working on my LandRover.
