I have got to say teonfa care group is full of such kind and friendly staff, everyone is approachable and extremely caring. The service they provide is outstanding and to see first hand the difference they make to peoples lives truly is heart warming. I learnt very valuable skills during my time in teonfa and it really taught me several things, such as the importance of communication, care and time management. I have got to say the leadership is excellent and the training provided really prepared me for the high quality care that needed to be provided. I am very thankful for everything teonfa has taught me, it has built me to be the person I am today and it is benefiting me immensely in my future career. A big thank you to all the staff at Teonfa.

Teonfa Care groups is one of the most diligent care agencies i have ever been privileged to work with. Anyone who has worked with this company can appreciate the existing terrible reviews as those of incompetent and inefficient ex employees who have been dismissed as a result of one misconduct or the other. Any reasonable man can appreciate and not expect a well effecient and actual caring care agency to retain such unfitted and incapable deficient persons.I have been with this company for over a year and my fellow workers whom have been been with this same company from the very beginning I can guarantee would vouch to say Teonfa is one of the most well organised cordial and convivial care agencies standing , they care for their staff just as much as they do for they service users, we are a family and they treat us like no other!

I have worked for Teonfa care for many years. As their well-being consultant it has been a pleasure to work with an amazing workforce that encourages and promotes a loving and caring space. Having experience in senior NHS positions and other companies it has been a privilege to be a part of a force that makes all efforts to promote wellbeing, dignity and equality with a compassionate drive towards all that have contact with the service from staff to service users. Not many work to promote the wellbeing of staff alongside service users and Teonfas ethos to social care is a breath of fresh air.

Teonfa care group is such a great company, i have started working in this company 1 month ago, i have leaned a lot, it is such a pleasure working in this company, all the staff, careers, and managers are caring, helpful, and excellent.

Teonfa Care Group provided 24 hour care for my mother in the last 6 months of her life. The carers were attentive, kind, patient and vigilant while working in a sometimes difficult environment during lockdown. The owners and carers were always available to talk about any concerns. Most importantly they provided vital communication between us and mum in her last months. For this I'll always be thankful.

Teonfa care group is an amazing care agency with staff that are so kind and supportive. All care staff are so diligent and attentive. I can honestly say I'm so proud to be apart of this team.

1 star is too many. Poor time keeping put my father in hospital when the carers dropped him out of his hoist caused his catheter to stop working twice. Disrespect my mother in her own home. This company should be stopped from trading it's just a money making scheme avoid them. Any good reviews are probably family members writing them.

I personally had a very good experience with Teonfa home care and I'm very happy to have the care from them and the carers are very friendly and very good in there work

We have been using Teonfa since early November. From day one, their care for my dad has been superb. The initial consultation was very detailed, and the carers follow the care plan and go beyond. Thoroughly recommend this company.
