The sound and visual quality are great, while being inconspicuous on the day, and having the ability to watch the livestream after the event, meant that people in the Caribbean and Americas could watch it at a more reasonable time for them. Andrew filmed a service for us and it streamed flawlessly around the UK, Australia and New Zealand. As soon as the broadcast went online the compliments came flying in via text with the same sentiment, that it was just like watching a telly program. His professionalism, friendly manner and also assisting with a few technical issues we created for him on the day were very much appreciated. Purple Videos (through Andrew Towers) just arranged for the video streaming of a church service for my family for those unable to attend the service in person. I was very impressed by the manner in which the videoing was handled, from the test run to ensure everything ran smoothly, to the clarity of the video of the service itself and the sensitivity with which the service was filmed. Andrew was so helpful in responding so quickly to filming a very dear friends funeral for family and friends, many of whom (including myself) couldn't be there (due to lockdown and being overseas). This is a beautiful memory for us all to share in. We provided photos for an introduction to the filming of the funeral, which Andrew dealt with very professionally. Andrew recently streamed our mum's funeral service and burial as two of my sisters and wider family couldn't attend as they live abroad. Everyone commented how professional the streaming was. We all said how discreet and professional Andrew was, in fact, we didn't even notice he was in the church. The end video was perfect, very dignified and well edited. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew's services.
