Never on time, the phones are never answered either. Last time I tried to book a taxi the owner was unable to pick me up as he was on something called IVAO". Made no sense. Avoid."

Stellar service! We were transported from John o Groats to Thurso with our bicycles. Our driver was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Totally recommend.

Rashid and team are as close to the ideal cab company for a visitor to the area as it is possible to get.The notes on driver and car to expect are excellent and Rashid himself is the most helpful person.Highly recommended

Our car broke down near Thurso and while it was in the garage Rashid and Paul got us to our dinner reservations and surf lessons in great time. Would definitely recommend and will be using the company again for our next visit!

Fantastic service from Paul, cab driver with Highland Cabs! We prebooked round trip from Thurso to John O Groats and Dunnet Head and Paul delivered… on time, helpful, fun and informative. Great way to see the area when on short stop over. Can’t say enough good things about the service and Paul; highly recommend.
