Had the most pleasant experience Daniel after quite a nasty experience with the police just 5 minutes before, he had really brightened my day, so much so that I felt compelled to leave him a tip, much to my dismay there was no tipping option so I thought to come here and express my gratitude!So, to Daniel and whoever else it may concern, thank you for brightening my day, I hope you get a raise or something!Emmanuel :)

Went for my lunch staff were rude and dismissive. They charged me £1.50 for extra chicken tikka when they didn’t put enough on at the start and gave other customers more. Hardly any salad and I asked for a small amount of red onion and my wrap was covered in it. Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone ever. £6 for a wrap what a joke!!

Went in this morning, lady who served me was so lovely, she didn’t rush us to decide on our food and she really helped us understand what extras we could have with our meal deal. Excellent service!

Food is usually nice, however the waiting times have increased dramatically over the past few months. I have just waited 35 minutes in a queue to order (yes I should have left....) and this was predominantly down to the amount of pre ordered deliveries being prepared by over rushed but under resourced staff. If Subway are going to encourage the use of these pre orders then they really need to ensure more staff are available. All in all, let down by company greed as opposed to common sense business.

Really dislike posting anything negative but on this occasion I had to as I have had the same experience every week. The staff here change every time I go, and I go At least one a week. Every time I have been one member of staff maybe the manager always tells her staff/colleagues off for putting too much or doing it wrong… it’s so unprofessional and never mind embarrassing for the staff. She should take them in the back and quietly tell the. She’s always tells the staff they need to charge extra for the amount of salad they put in a salad box!!! I mean if your paying £7. For a salad your going to want everything! But this women insist Charging extra for the extra sauce or extra salad! And tells the staff off for not leaving a 3rd of the box empty!!! Sorry but if I am paying £7 for a SALAD i want it 100% full. I have stopped asking because she embarrass the customers by saying out loud your going to have to pay extra for that. But she continues to tell the staff off for doing it. Awful customer service. I am sure some of the staff have left because of her! I welcome ex staff to comment here, and share horror stories of how horrible she is.

The queue was short but still not that quick. My sandwich was left on the side so long (while the person behind's salad box was filled) that it was just luke warm by time it was finished.

Worst service for delivery drivers very rude with delivery driver i waited more then half an hour for a small orderAnd i was asking member of staff how long it gonna take and she was so rude and said me to keep waitingWe was 10 delivery driver waited in store more the half an hour and no one was serving us

Staff were friendly they smiled as I collected my order, but not satisfied with the sub bought two footlongs and one had non of the two sauces requested and the other had just one of the two sauces requested. It was and hour before closing so it's not like they ran out wouldn't got back until I can see them preparing it.

Whenever I visited this subway they don’t have jalapeños, I visited yesterday they doesn’t have olives, last to last week I went there they doesn’t have cheese. I don’t know how they run that franchise of subway.
