Loved coming here! Had a great time and would recommend to anyone. Worth mentioning Leanne who was a great member of staff and looked after me and my friends.

Easily the best place in Manchester. Great for a fun night with some great games/activities to offer. The cocktails were absolutely delicious made but the lovely Sophie who's customer service skills were excellent and helped us with all queries we had she topped off a great experience.

We played ping pong as a family here on a Saturday. Never needed to book and straight onto the table. We really enjoyed our experience here. Very cheap too for £17!

We went and had a small wait even tho we arrived on time. It was extremely loud and was pretty difficult to order at the bar. The place is beautiful and so full of images and neon everything! The bowling game itself was fun. If you want a high energy and busy place I would recommend.

Like this place. I last went 3 months ago. The vibe is good. Great for a date night. Would highly recommend and so many games to choose from

Had a fantastic evening at Lane 7 with a couple of work colleagues and I must say, the atmosphere and customer service is fantastic! Such an ideal place to let loose and have a great time with friends! One of the team members Aaliyah really went above and beyond for us. Such a delightful, warm and welcoming individual. 10/10

We visited here Saturday evening with friends. We didn’t have a booking but was kindly offered a slot on the shooting game for 30 minutes. After our 30 minutes was up a kind female member of staff advised the next customers were in and if we could finish up, no problem. Within seconds the another guy came up to us demanding we get off the game immediately. He threatened to just turn the game off if we didn’t leave straight away. I explained to the guy we were aware and advised we could finish up. He then continued to threaten us to leave. I returned to the staff at the games podium to complain to which I was advised HE was the manager. Absolutely disgusting to speak to customers like that and threaten us. I would strongly suggest in providing customer service training and potentially reviewing the hierarchy. Ruined our evening and will not be returning.
