I've been to a few of Aleka's sound baths now and have found them very relaxing and restorative. Aleka creates a nurturing space to experience the energies of the gongs and other instruments she uses. Highly recommend.

I was offered to try a gong bath as I suffer from chronic nerve pain. I was interested to see if it helped in any way.What i experienced was incredible. As I led in a state of deep relaxation, the vibrations and frequencies of the gongs literally went through my body. I felt weightless, and my pain reduced to nothing. I felt completely connected to the sound on a level that can only be experienced.I would recommend it to anyone. If there is one thing you ever do in this lifetime. Try a gong bath.

I was extremely happy with my results over the course of the Sage Fast programme. Over a 6 week period not only I release over 10lbs of weight, I developed greater mind mastery, quietening my mind and allowing myself much more opportunity to focus on the positive.
