Brilliant place for a shed. Handmade. Had to wait for it but is well worth it. The service I received from choosing the shed to putting the shed up in my garden was great. Definitely recommend.

Very professional service and a fantastic quality summerhouse with internal storage.Purchased after seeing 2 prior Rutland's summerhouse installations that still look like new years later.My summerhouse is a slight adaptation from their standard summerhouse design.Pauline was incredibly helpful in understanding my ideas and wishes and working with the team to understand how they could make it possible to meet my specifications. Pricing was shared promptly and clear and transparent (all itemised).Booking in installation was straight forward and the turnaround far faster than I expected.I opted for a slabbed base. The team who installed the base worked quickly and cleanly.A few days later the summerhouse arrived, the team certainly assemble many units each week and the build quality is checked before heading to customers making the installation straight forward and efficient.The team were polite and careful workers who ensured I was happy with everything before leaving site.Timber and all materials used are excellent quality, using a tongue and groove construction including the roof and floor.

Fantastic job - bought a 9x12 foot shed and gate, the teams who came to install were very punctual and professional, also gave us really useful advice on how to make the most of the space we had, competitively priced too, highly recommended

I love these guys. We have a big shed order awaiting and just had some lovely men build up a cat kennel for 2 strays we are looking after. I know it’s cold outside but could not even offer them a hot drink as recovering from major surgery. They were so understanding x

Needed to get some fencing and shed installed in my garden. From day one I received a very professional service from the team from, keeping me informed of the day some one will be visiting the site for inspection right through to the installation. Neville was extremely professional and thorough in his approach. Tailored the installation to meet my requirements and even incorporating few last minute changes. The new shed is well made & nice.Rutland shed ripped out the old shed and said we needed a new base on a Friday. They decided they would build a base on timbers to replace the brick solid base. After returning Monday afternoon to finish the job.I called Tuesday morning to say how unsatisfied I was with the job. They had raised the front of the shed 300mm off the grass. And left it unfinished with 100mm between the grass and base of shed and I was concerned foxes & other animals could get in as I was expecting a solid base as was there before.He went to explain he thought this was the quickest and cheapest way he could do it a solid base would be more expensive. It would be nice to have a option and we would decide not Rutland sheds.He went on to explain he left a 100mm gap underneath for airflow which is a lie as he has 40 air gap directly underneath the shed going width way all along the shed. I asked him to cover to gaps he left.Spent 5 minutes with odd bits of timber. None of the timber matched and he left the sides over hang by 40mm.I will have to cut it back.My 2 daughter walked out of the shed and fell over so will have to also build a step up to make it safe.It was a rushed job and to deceive & cover it up he tried to lie to convince me otherwise.Used Rutland shed twice had to call them back twice to fix there work.
